We want you happy with your ferrules. If something isn't right, email customerservice@hoselandhue.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.
If a ferrule arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, we'll remake or replace it at no cost to you, including shipping.
You can return unused ferrules for a refund for those ferrules. Return shipping is your responsibility. We'll reply with a return address, and we refund your original payment method once the ferrules reach us.
Every ferrule can be dry-fitted on the shaft without glue, so please test the fit first. Ferrules that have been glued, installed, sanded, or altered can't be returned. Ordering the wrong tip size or collar isn't covered by a free remake, but unused ferrules can still be returned as described above.
